Sale of house. Louann was great with communication and very friendly. She was very professional and knowledgeable about answering questions about electric hook up and water. She went above and beyond to get the homeowners association to send paper work for closing on the 4th of December and when they didn't she continued to try and get the person responsible who by the way only could be contacted by e-mail which apparently she doesn't read every day. Louann even though her husband was in hospital made herself available and continued to get the person responsible to get the paper work in. Which didn't happen till 6th of DEC. We would like to thank Louann for her all her effort.
