10 stars if I could! I was partnered up with LouAnn and it was clear from the get go she knew her stuff. LouAnn was very communicative from the get go and always responded quickly via text, email or phone. The whole process was very smooth and I felt LouAnn listen to my wants when looking for a house which I feel is very important.
